This Privacy Policy explains how Claim Logic LLC ("ClaimLogic", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our platform, websites, applications, or services (the "Service").
Name, business name, email, phone, billing address, role, and credentials when you register.
Insurance scopes, supplement estimates, photos, customer names and contact info, claim numbers, addresses, project details, and other content uploaded by you or your authorized users. You own this data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the Service.
Payment details (credit card, ACH) are processed by our payment partners (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and similar telemetry, gathered automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
Emails, support tickets, and chat messages you send us, plus emails the Service sends through your account (e.g., adjuster emails) for delivery, history, and audit purposes.
The Service uses AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to process text and images you submit. Third-party AI providers act as our data sub-processors and are contractually bound not to use your data to train their general models. We do not send personally identifiable customer data to AI providers beyond what is necessary to perform the requested analysis.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, audit logs, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
We retain Customer Data while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after termination, after which it may be deleted from active systems (subject to backup retention up to 12 months). You may export your data at any time during the active subscription period.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@getclaimlogic.com. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes.
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We use first-party cookies for authentication, session management, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break Service functionality.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
