AI Disclaimer & No Guarantee

Effective: April 30, 2026 · Version 1.0 · Claim Logic LLC
READ THIS CAREFULLY. ClaimLogic uses artificial intelligence to generate drafts and suggestions. AI outputs are not final determinations, are not legal advice, and do not guarantee any insurance approval, claim payment, or supplement recovery. You are solely responsible for reviewing every output before sending it to a third party or relying on it.

1. AI Outputs Are Drafts

The Service uses AI models, rule-based logic, and statistical analysis to produce draft supplement letters, line-item suggestions, adjuster correspondence, claim summaries, and analytical insights. These are informational drafts intended to assist a licensed contractor, public adjuster, or other qualified professional. They are not final.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

ClaimLogic makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding:

  • Whether any insurance carrier will approve, pay, or respond favorably to a supplement;
  • The dollar amount of any recovery, supplement, or claim payment;
  • The legal sufficiency of any document, argument, or correspondence;
  • The accuracy, completeness, or correctness of any AI output;
  • The compliance of any output with applicable insurance, building, or licensing laws.

3. AI Limitations

AI systems, including those used by ClaimLogic, can:

  • Produce inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated information ("hallucinations");
  • Misinterpret poorly scanned PDFs, illegible handwriting, or low-quality photos;
  • Apply outdated or incorrect code references, statutes, or pricing;
  • Miss subtle context that a trained human professional would recognize.

You must review every AI-generated output before relying on or transmitting it.

4. Not Legal, Tax, or Regulated Advice

ClaimLogic does not provide legal, tax, accounting, public-adjuster, or other regulated professional advice. The Service is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, public adjuster, accountant, or insurance professional. State law may require licensing to negotiate insurance claims on behalf of a homeowner. Compliance with all licensing requirements is your sole responsibility.

5. Your Responsibility

By using the Service you agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying the accuracy of every AI-generated output;
  • Confirming the applicability of cited codes, statutes, and references to your jurisdiction;
  • Confirming the accuracy of measurements, prices, and quantities;
  • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with insurance laws, public-adjuster licensing rules, and contractor licensing rules where you operate;
  • Any communications, claims, or representations you make to insurance carriers, adjusters, or homeowners based on Service outputs.

6. Carrier Patterns Are Estimates

Insights such as "carrier omission rates", "win rates", and "average price deltas" are derived from aggregated historical data and are statistical estimates only. They do not predict the outcome of any specific claim.

7. Marketing Statements

Statements like "recover thousands per claim" or "average customer recovers $X" reflect aggregated past performance of selected customers. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your individual results will vary.

8. No Liability for AI Errors

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimLogic shall not be liable for any loss, denial, delay, or reduction of an insurance claim, supplement, or payment caused by reliance on AI output, including without limitation lost profits, lost commissions, or business interruption.
