Anyone 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter contracts may apply. Eligibility is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject or remove any applicant or partner without cause.
You are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of Claim Logic LLC. You have no authority to bind ClaimLogic, make representations on its behalf, or sign contracts in its name. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and benefits.
20% of monthly recurring subscription revenue (MRR) from each customer you successfully refer who: (a) signs up using your unique referral link or referral code; (b) completes payment for an active subscription; (c) is not an existing or recently lapsed ClaimLogic customer.
Commission is paid for the lifetime of each referred customer's active paying status. If the customer cancels, downgrades, refunds, charges back, or stops paying, commission stops accruing for that customer. Commission resumes if and when the customer pays again.
You may not refer yourself, immediate family members, or accounts you control. Fraudulent referrals — including spam, paid-search bidding on ClaimLogic trademarks, fake signups, or any deceptive tactic — result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and clawback of paid commissions.
You must:
ClaimLogic owns all rights to the software, brand, logos, marketing assets, and Service. You receive a limited, revocable license to use approved promotional assets while in good standing. You may not copy, modify, or replicate Service workflows, prompts, decision logic, or supplement-generation processes for any purpose.
You shall not solicit, contact, or attempt to do business with ClaimLogic's customers, vendors, employees, contractors, or partners (including referrals you originated) for the purpose of avoiding ClaimLogic, building a competing service, or moving them to a competing product. This obligation continues for two (2) years after termination of your participation in the program.
While participating in the program and for twelve (12) months after termination, you shall not promote, develop, or actively sell any product that is substantially similar to ClaimLogic and targets roofing, restoration, or insurance-supplement automation as its primary use case.
You will receive non-public information including pricing tiers, prospect data, internal sales materials, performance metrics, and business strategy. You shall hold all such information in strict confidence, use it only for promoting ClaimLogic, and not disclose it to any third party. Confidentiality survives termination indefinitely for trade secrets and for three (3) years for other Confidential Information.
Either party may terminate participation at any time with 7 days' notice. ClaimLogic may terminate immediately for breach, fraud, or misconduct. Upon termination, accrued unpaid commissions for cleared revenue remain payable, but no further commissions accrue after the termination date — even if a customer continues paying. (Exception: at our sole discretion, we may continue paying commissions on customers you originated for a transition period.)
ClaimLogic does not guarantee any minimum income, lead volume, conversion rate, or commission. Earnings depend on your effort and skill. Past performance of other partners is not a reliable predictor of your results.
We may update these Partner Terms (including commission rates, eligibility rules, and payout terms) on 30 days' written notice. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Claim Logic LLC from any third-party claim arising from your marketing activity, representations, breach of these terms, or violation of law.
Missouri law governs. Disputes are exclusively resolved in St. Louis County, Missouri courts. Jury trial waived.
