ClaimLogic offers monthly subscription plans (currently Starter $199/mo, Growth $499/mo, Pro $899/mo) and may offer annual or custom enterprise plans. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice for future billing cycles.
Free trials, when offered, expire automatically at the end of the trial period unless converted to a paid subscription. Trial users will be charged the standard subscription fee on the day the trial ends unless they cancel before that date.
You authorize ClaimLogic and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file on each renewal date until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge up to 5 times over 14 days, suspend access until payment succeeds, and ultimately terminate the subscription if payment is not made. Outstanding amounts remain due. Reactivation may require payment of past-due fees.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
If we explicitly offer a "$5,000 recovery guarantee" or similar written promise at the time of your purchase, the terms of that promise will govern refund eligibility. Eligibility typically requires: (a) active use of the Service for at least 30 calendar days; (b) good-faith effort to upload and process at least 5 carrier scopes; (c) submission of refund request within 60 days of subscription start with documentation. Refund eligibility is at ClaimLogic's reasonable determination.
You may upgrade at any time; the new fee is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Add-ons and overage fees, if any, are billed in arrears.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or other tax (other than taxes on our net income).
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@getclaimlogic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us in good faith is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account, withholding of pending data exports, and assessment of a $50 chargeback handling fee.
We may change subscription prices for future billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-product.
