Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of ClaimLogic. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, including insurance fraud or false claim representation;
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated insurance claim data, photos, or scopes;
- Practice public adjusting, law, or other regulated professions without proper licensing;
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or licensing requirement;
- Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or contract right;
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person;
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or messaging in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or other anti-spam laws.
2. Prohibited Technical Activity
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code or AI prompts;
- Scraping, mirroring, framing, or harvesting any portion of the Service or its outputs (other than data specific to your own account);
- Bypassing or interfering with security, authentication, or rate limits;
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system associated with the Service without prior written authorization;
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools that exceed reasonable use;
- Submitting deliberately corrupted, oversized, or malicious files designed to disrupt the Service.
3. Prohibited Competitive Activity
You may not:
- Use the Service or any output to develop, train, refine, benchmark, or evaluate a competing product, AI model, or dataset;
- Copy or replicate ClaimLogic workflows, supplement-generation logic, scoring methodology, AI prompts, or templates;
- Operate ClaimLogic on behalf of, or grant access to, a competing software vendor;
- Disclose ClaimLogic prompts, decision logic, or proprietary processes to any third party.
4. Content Standards
You are solely responsible for content you upload. Do not upload content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or invades privacy;
- Contains protected health information (PHI) unless covered by an executed Business Associate Agreement with us;
- Contains payment card data outside of supported billing flows.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this AUP, contact abuse@getclaimlogic.com.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or revoke fees paid for the unfulfilled portion of any subscription where a violation is confirmed, and cooperate with law enforcement. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent ban without refund.
