Your data is isolated to your company workspace. Other ClaimLogic customers cannot see your information. ClaimLogic employees access customer data only when required for technical support or legal compliance, under strict internal controls and logging.
We do not share your data with insurance carriers, lead generation companies, marketing platforms, data brokers, or any other third party for their commercial use. The only third parties that touch your data are infrastructure providers (hosting, encryption, payment processing) bound by strict data protection agreements.
When you use AI-powered features (scope parsing, supplement analysis, etc.), your data is processed solely to deliver results to you. Our AI sub-processors are contractually prohibited from using your data to train general-purpose models. We minimize the personally identifiable information sent to any AI provider.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours with full details of what occurred, what data was affected, and what steps we're taking to resolve it. No hiding. No delays.
